President and Co-Founder
Matthew Capobianco
Matthew brings over two decades of experience in healthcare delivery, specializing in Orthopedics, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and the Workers’ Compensation space.
He is highly regarded for his attention to detail when supporting injured workers and for his ability to collaborate effectively with adjusters, attorneys, and care teams. Matthew has built trusted relationships across the orthopedic, spine, and rehabilitation communities and is known for providing exceptional service, communication, and patient-focused solutions.

Beyond his professional commitments, Matthew is a proud father of four boys and an active volunteer in his community. He dedicates countless hours coaching youth sports and considers one of his greatest honors to be teaching CCD at St. Mary’s Parish in Winchester, MA.

Alex Capobianco
Alessandro Capobianco is the co-founder of CarePath Transport Services, a trusted New England–based provider dedicated to safely and compassionately transporting injured workers to their medical appointments. A retired law enforcement officer and former detective, Alessandro founded CarePath on unwavering values of professionalism, reliability, and empathy — qualities rooted in his years of public service and now reflected in the care his team delivers every day.

With a deep understanding of safety, trust, and dignity, Alessandro ensures that every passenger feels respected and supported throughout their recovery journey. His mission is simple: deliver dependable, white-glove transportation services that bring peace of mind to patients, families, case managers, and providers alike.

Outside of his professional life, Alessandro is a devoted father of four boys and an engaged community member. His commitment to service, family, and doing the right thing guides his leadership and fuels his passion for helping others. Under his direction, CarePath Transport Services stands as a company built on compassion, accountability, and integrity — where each patient’s well-being comes first.
